Jessica is a Santa Cruz native and grew up cooking straight from the garden at a very young age. She always knew she wanted to be a chef. She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Oregon and graduated with highest honors. She has worked in some of Santa Cruz’s most beloved restaurants, including Theo’s and Gabriella Café. In 2010 she was named Santa Cruz’s Best Pastry Chef by Santa Cruz Weekly Magazine. She has continued to focus her career on farm to table cooking and has food values that align perfectly with the concept and style of Assembly. Food that tells the story of Santa Cruz, and Coastal California.
